The ICAA Northern California Chapter presents our Spring series of education courses with instructor Jay Cantrell: How to Graphically Represent the Three-Dimensional World. From one and two point perspective, to landscape and advanced studies, this is a great way to build your foundations in perspective drawing or refresh your talents.

Instructor Jay Cantrell holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia. In 2009, he received the prestigious Gabriel Prize in Architecture, awarded by the Western European Architecture Foundation. Jay has been teaching for over 10 years, and is currently teaching undergraduate design studios at CAPPA, the College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs at University of Texas-Arlington. In 2020, he was awarded honors in the ICAA Texas Chapter’s Architectural Art Awards Drawing Competition. He lives in Dallas, where he also has a residential design and rendering practice.
