Please join the ICAA and instructor Niklas Thorsrud for an introductory studio introducing applications of the Tuscan Order. Learn how its organizational principles can be applied and combined with other architectural elements at a range of scales to ensure that each part is related to a larger whole. Through examples and a series of exercises, students will explore how proportional rationale, syntax, and forms of the Tuscan Order are expressed in common architectural motifs.
Participants of all backgrounds and beginner/intermediate drawing skill level are welcome to join.
